Celery Stix Fat-loss Challenge

The fat-loss challenge is a competition to help ladies shed those unwanted inches. It is based on total fat loss, not just pounds lost. Through the challenge competition, ladies learn how to achieve a healthier lifestyle through cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and healthy nutrition. With the added cash-prize incentive, the challenge motivates ladies to achieve their healthy living goals.

The challenge does not promote any companies, programs, or fat-loss products. The challenge will accommodate the first 50 ladies who register.

The challenge winners will receive a percentage of the prize money, based on the number of participants, as shown below:

Fitness and Nutrition Classes, Prizes, and Progress

We put our heads together to come up with an amazing fat-loss challenge. The challenge includes these great benefits:

  • Fitness classes
  • Nutrition classes
  • Mini challenges with prizes
  • Progress checking every two weeks

These classes will be offered on the initial and subsequent weigh-ins. No additional fees will be charged for these classes. Fitness classes may include spinning, aerobics, walking, etc. Nutrition classes will also be held to help you maximize your healthy eating results.
